Main Responsibilities:
· Manage policy creation, renewals, changes, and cancellations based on system generated tickets.
· Operatecore insurance software and support applications efficiently.
· Validate data and documents for accuracy per company policies and procedures.
· Promote teamwork to maintain high standards and a positive work environment.

Job requirements:
· Excellent level of German (C1 Level);
· Working level of English B2;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Experience with SAP (including invoicing, contracts, workflows);
· Good MS Office skills;
· Previous experience in procurement or supply chain industry will be an advantage.
