Our client is a Sofia-based hotel offering a blend of comfort and leisure, featuring an indoor pool, spa, and casino. Conveniently located near the city center, it’s a popular choice for both business and leisure travelers. We are seeking an HR professional for the position of:
HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and values;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce is attracted and retained;
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity;
- Provide expert guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development;
- Address and resolve any HR-related queries or concerns;
- Proactively lead initiatives to improve HR processes;
- Manage the HR administration, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and others.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in economics, Human Resources, Business Administration or similar;
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management;
- Very Good English;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ;
- Previous experience in hospitality environments will be consider an advantage;
- Excellent understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations;
- Detail-oriented with exceptional planning, organizing, and prioritizing abilities.
