HR & People Operations Specialist with German
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation;
- Answers frequently asked questions from employees related to standard policies, benefits and payroll, hiring processes, sick/ maternity leaves, onboarding, trainings, etc.;
- Performs periodic overview of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately;
- May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing online checks;
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Job requirements:
- Experience in HR Operations/ Admin/ Payroll or other segments of Human Resources is needed (6m-1y or above);
- Excellent level of German (C1) and very good level of English (B2) is required;
- Previous experience in an outsourcing company;
- Previous experience with CRM/ ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
