Help-Desk Specialist with English


Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware/software.
  • Provide professional assistance via phone, chat, email, and screen sharing for technical inquiries, complaints, and billing concerns.
  • Follow company policies, schedules, and performance requirements while meeting quality expectations.

  • Prior customer service or support experience is required;

  • Passions for technology and learning.
