Our partner is a global AI services provider is expanding their operations team in Europe. Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team in the position:
Help-Desk Specialist with English
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware/software.
- Provide professional assistance via phone, chat, email, and screen sharing for technical inquiries, complaints, and billing concerns.
- Follow company policies, schedules, and performance requirements while meeting quality expectations.

Job requirements:
- Prior customer service or support experience is required;
- Have excellent verbal and written English (C1 Level);
- 1+ years of Help Desk or Customer Service experience;
- Superior researching, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Passions for technology and learning.
