Floor supervisor

Main responsibilities:

· Oversee table games operations with a focus on asset security and team motivation during scheduled shifts;

· Manage and coach team members, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.

· Ensure adherence to all game rules and procedures, maintaining game integrity and addressing disputes effectively.

· Maintain professionalism in interactions with team members and uphold confidentiality in all aspects of guest activity and operations.
