EXPANSION MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Finding new lease opportunities according to company standards;
• Maintaining and building relationships with landlords, construction companies, agencies;
• Market & location analysis, competition analysis;
• Managing of the entire negotiation process – commercial conditions, technical specifications, lease contracts;
• Elaborating of strategy and projects presentations;
• Preparing of the business plans in terms of market, location requirements, space configuration, financial and legal terms.
• Managing expansion plans in coordination with the local Regional Director of Leasing and Expansion;
• Portfolio management of existing stores – monitoring performance, handling lease term prolongations or terminations;
• Managing internal documentation related to leasing projects;
• Cooperating with Technical Department and Legal Department of the company;
• Cooperating and communication with the corresponding department at the company headquarters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar position (retail network expansion or commercial real estate leasing);
• Extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Very good time management and adherence to schedules and deadlines;
• High performance and results oriented personality with strong organizational and communication skills;
• Valid driver’s license and availability for business travel as needed;
• Excellent knowledge of English language – both written and spoken.
