For one of our clients, an innovative and leading company specializing in client services, we are looking for:
Entry-Level Technical Support Specialist with German or Dutch
Main responsibilities:
- Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone, email, and chat;
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware, software, or network problem resolution;
- Use Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests and their resolution.

This would be the right role for you if you:
- Fluent German or Dutch ;
- Very good level of English (B2 level);
- Experience in customer or technical support will be considered as an advantage;
- Excellent MS Office skills.
