For our partner’s digital account team, we are looking for a new addition to join on the role of:

Digital Account Manager

What will this role involve?

Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

- Understand clients' business goals, objectives, and marketing strategies to align agency services accordingly.

- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and communication to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.

Project Management:

- Oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, analytics, etc.) to develop integrated digital marketing strategies.

- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, and manage project timelines and budgets.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop effective digital marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Develop comprehensive digital media plans, including media buying, ad placement, and budget allocation.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Establish performance metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

- Analyze campaign data, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to clients.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).

Client Budget Management:

- Develop and manage client budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Monitor campaign spending and expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

- Provide cost estimates, financial forecasts, and ROI projections to clients.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, analytics, etc.) to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.

Industry Knowledge and Continuous Learning:

- Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and emerging technologies.

- Attend conferences, seminars, and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

- Share industry insights and best practices with the team and clients.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager in a digital or media agency is a must;
  • Experience in developing, planning, and executing successful digital campaigns;
  • Fluent English – both written and spoken;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
  • Knowledge of latest industry trends and understanding of the digital landscape;
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
  • Collaborative spirit with an ability to thrive in team-oriented settings.
