Customer Support Officer with French

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing Customer Support via phone, email, and live chat
  • Troubleshooting, problem identification, and guiding customers through solutions
  • Supporting client-facing departments and the customer support team
  • Providing quality service in troubleshooting, account issues, and trading inquiries
  • Balancing company policy with customer benefit in decision-making
  • Handling issues in the best interest of both customers and the company
  • Informing customers about internal regulations and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with KYC, AML, GDPR, and due diligence controls
  • Delivering top-quality customer support throughout the customer journey
