Corporate Legal Counsel – Real Estate

‍

Main Responsibilities:

· Preparation of contracts related to the purchase, sale and lease of corporate real estate;

· Active monitoring of Bulgarian legislation and regulations;

· Processing, storage and presentation of documentation;

· Preparation of internal reports for loans, transfers, etc;

· Negotiating with clients;

· Providing legal advice.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 4 years experience in corporate real estate;

· Excellent level of English (C1/Business English/Legal English);

· Understanding of Bulgarian legislation and regulations;

· Attention to detail and ability to analyse complex legal issues;

· Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
