Collection Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day Collection operations, including closely tracking overdue receivables, minimizing the risk of bad debts, and maintaining detailed records of collection efforts within the ERP system;
• Contact business customers to settle overdue payments (via phone, email, or in person);
• Work with external agencies to recover assets and resolve disputes;
• Negotiate solutions with customers to help them repay debts;
• Handle contract terminations for non-payment;
• Manage legal cases and repossession procedures;
• Keep records of collection activities and ensure compliance with laws.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Economics or Business Administration, preferably major in accounting;
• Fluency in English (C1);
• At least 2+ years of experience in the leasing area;
• Strong negotiation, communication, andtime-management skills;
• Experience in Collections processes in a complex business environment;
