For our client, we are looking for a positive candidate, with a good level of English and Spanish, strong communication and analytical skills, who would join their Sales team in the position:
Back Office Sales Specialist
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and participate in sales activities;
- Conduct analysis and data reports related to sales;
- Works with external stakeholders and provides administrative support;
- Support the international team in executing their current duties;
- Execute operative work on marketing/ trade marketing campaigns and provide promo materials;
- Collaborate and provide information related to other departments.

We are looking for someone with:
- Degree in Economics, Business, or other related field;
- Previous experience in an administrative position;
- Background in Sales and Trade marketing in FMCG will be a strong advantage;
- Fluency in English and Spanish;
- Excellent MS Office knowledge;
- Great analytical and communication skills;
- Time management and organization skills.
