Our partner is one of the leading outsourcing companies in Bulgaria. They are looking for a B2B Support Specialist with German to join their first team in Bulgaria.
The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.
Main Responsibilities:
• Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate clients from Famous Automotive or Retail company (via phone, email or chat);
• Perform level 1 technical support of B2B customers;
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, related to laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, mobile phones, routers, Microsoft office package and other applications;
• Uninstall, reinstall software applications and resolve username and password problems;
• Troubleshoot email, VPN and other issues.

• Have excellent verbal and written German (C1/C2 Level);
• Good English level (B2 Level);
• Have technical knowledge or understanding;
• Previous experience in technical support will be advantage.
