For our client - an American company specialised in intelligent automation software that helps various businesses, we are looking for an experienced
Application Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level of technical support to customers for enterprise applications
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for application-related issues
- Communicate complex technical issues to various stakeholders, including product management, software engineering, sales, and QA
- Escalate technical issues to senior support engineers when necessary, providing detailed problem descriptions and analysis
- Participate in regular support team meetings
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Requirements:
- 2+ years of enterprise-level technical support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with network and Windows diagnostic tools (Wireshark, Fiddler, Process Monitor, Event Viewer)
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- Windows Server
- VMware
- Microsoft IIS
- SQL
