Administrative Specialist with English
Main Responsibilities:
• Supports business clients by providing helpful information and answering questions via phone and email;
• Providing general assistance to the team leaders of the company, taking part in the strategic planning;
• Elaborating reports, schedules and training;
• Collecting and reviewing application documentation ensuring compliance with industry regulations in order to prevent potential risks for the company;
• Focusing on process improvement identification and development.

• Excellent verbal and written English (C1 Level);
• University degree in Business, Economics or Finance, or another relevant field;
• Previous experience in financial,administrative, or customer support positions will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation;
