Administrative Expert – Business Analytics

The main responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinating activities between the office in Sofia and the headquarters of the company;
  • Regularly updating and maintaining the internal database with accurate and timely information;
  • Conducting & identifying gap analysis between the current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes;
  • Generating comprehensive reports enabling the team to make informed decisions based on reliable data;
  • Managing and optimizing the flow of information within the team and with external stakeholders;
  • Handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team’s operations;
  • Handling incoming/outgoing mail, keeping track of correspondence, and writing documents or letters.

What will make you stand out?

  • At least 2 years of proven work experience in an administrative, business analyst, or relevant role;
  • Proficiency in database management and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems);
  • Flexibility skills in working with different teams In Bulgaria and abroad;
  • Fluency in English- level B2;
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail;
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude toward challenges.
